Preventing Pill Mills Through Data Sharing Act
This bill expands reporting requirements concerning the sale, delivery, or disposal of controlled substances that apply to drug manufacturers and distributors, including by extending the requirements to pharmacies and increasing the frequency of the reporting.
Referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the Committee on the Judiciary, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
