This bill allows the Deputy Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) who is serving as an officer on active duty in the Armed Forces, or is a retired or former officer, to continue to serve as deputy administrator even if the FAA Administrator is a former regular officer of the Armed Forces.
