A bill to provide for the compensation of Federal and other government employees affected by the current lapse in appropriations.

This bill compensates federal and District of Columbia employees who are affected by the lapse in appropriations that began on or about December 22, 2018. The bill provides FY2019 appropriations for the affected agencies to compensate the employees at their standard rate of compensation during the lapse in appropriations.
