Strongly condemning the recent acts of violence, riots, and looting in the United States.

This resolution condemns the violence, riots, and looting in the United States; recognizes that these violent acts do not diminish the rights of other Americans to peacefully protest; and expresses that those responsible for these violent acts should be held criminally responsible.
