To require agencies of the Federal Government to define the term service animal in accordance with the regulations of the Department of Justice, and for other purposes.

This bill requires each federal agency to define service animal and assistance animal consistent with the definitions of such terms in a federal regulation titled Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Disability by Public Accommodations and in Commercial Facilities.
