Strengthening VA Whistleblower Protection Act of 2020
This bill modifies provisions relating to whistleblower protection at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), including by requiring the General Counsel of the VA to establish an independent Office of General Counsel for the Office of Accountability and Whistleblower Protection.
