To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to extend and improve the Independence at Home Medical Practice Demonstration Program under the Medicare program.
Independence at Home Demonstration Improvement Act of 2020
This bill extends the Independence at Home Demonstration Program for an additional three years and otherwise revises certain program requirements. The program provides Medicare beneficiaries who have multiple chronic conditions with home-based primary care.
