To amend the IMPACT Act of 2014 to reset data collection and the development of a payment system technical prototype for post-acute care providers under the Medicare program to take into account the effects of COVID-19.
The Resetting the Impact Act (TRIA) of 2020
This bill requires certain data collection and recommendations relating to a Medicare post-acute care prospective payment system to incorporate the effects of COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) on providers and patients.
