To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make certain energy tax credits fully refundable and to delay the tax credit phase down, and for other purposes.
Solar Jobs Preservation Act of 2020
This bill allows a taxpayer election for payments in lieu of the energy tax credit. It also extends such credit for one year.
