To extend the statute of limitations for offenses under the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971.

This bill extends the statute of limitations for civil and criminal violations of federal campaign finance laws.

Specifically, it extends the statute of limitations for civil violations from 5 years to 15 years, and for criminal violations from 5 years to 10 years.
