To amend the Safe Drinking Water Act with respect to replacement of lead service lines, and for other purposes.
Get the Lead Out Act
This bill requires community water systems serving populations of 3,300 or more to submit to the Environmental Protection Agency a plan to inventory and replace all the lead service lines of the system within 10 years.
