To establish certain employment protections for temporary workers, and for other purposes.
Restoring Worker Power Act of 2020
This bill establishes various requirements related to temporary workers, including providing such workers with (1) wages that are not less than those of permanent employees performing substantially similar work, (2) descriptions of work assignments, and (3) itemized statements of wages.
