To authorize the President to establish the Coronavirus Service Corps as a means of providing gainful employment to unemployed and underemployed citizens of the United States through the performance of useful public work, and for other purposes.

This bill establishes a Coronavirus Service Corps that must employ unemployed or underemployed citizens to carry out work such as
The hourly wage for corps employees must be the greater of (1) 150% of the minimum hourly wage in the applicable locality, or (2) $15 an hour.
