To deem the vessel M/V LISERON to be less than 100 gross tons, as measured under chapter 145 of title 46, United States Code, and for other purposes.
Eco-Tourism Vessel Equity and Relief Act of 2020
This bill directs the Department of Homeland Security to prescribe a tonnage measurement as a small passenger vessel for the M/V LISERON (U.S. official number 971339) for purposes of applying an optional regulatory measurement.
