To amend section 6304 of title 5, United States Code, to restore annual leave lost by certain Federal employees due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Federal Frontline Worker Leave Protection Act
This bill restores annual leave that is lost by federal employees who respond to the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) pandemic.
The bill applies retroactively.
