To require the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to carry out a national public outreach campaign regarding the proper use of personal protective equipment to minimize personal risk of exposure to, and risk of spreading, the virus that causes COVID-19, and for other purposes.

This bill requires the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to conduct a national campaign to inform the public on the use of personal protective equipment with respect to the virus that causes COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019). In carrying out the campaign, the CDC may (1) coordinate with other governmental departments and agencies; and (2) award grants to, and enter into contracts with, public or private entities.
