To establish the Commission on the Strategic National Stockpile, and for other purposes.

This bill establishes the Commission on the Strategic National Stockpile in the legislative branch and sets forth its duties and membership. The commission shall (1) study issues related to the sufficiency of supplies in the stockpile, and (2) report findings to Congress. The commission terminates following the submission of the report.
