To provide that certain public hospitals are eligible for loans under the Paycheck Protection Program, and for other purposes.
Rural Health Relief Act
This bill expands the Paycheck Protection Program, established to support small businesses in response to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019), to encompass public hospitals that are owned or operated by a state or local government.
