To direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to establish a task force to conduct a study on physician shortages, including barriers to physicians trained abroad practicing in the United States, and for other purposes.

This bill establishes a task force in the Department of Health and Human Services to study (1) impacts of, including financial costs related to, physician shortages; and (2) barriers faced by foreign-trained physicians practicing in the United States. The task force must submit a report detailing its findings and recommendations to Congress.
