To provide that the Social Security Administration pay fees associated with obtaining birth certificate or State identification card for purposes of obtaining a replacement social security card for certain victims of domestic violence, and for other purposes.
Documents for Continued Safety Act of 2020
This bill directs the Social Security Administration to pay the fees associated with obtaining certain identification documents required to replace a Social Security card if the person applying for the card (1) is a domestic violence victim, (2) receives support services related to domestic violence, or (3) is the dependent of such a person.
