To amend title 10, United States Code, to extend certain morale, welfare, and recreation privileges to protective services civilian employees.
Base Responders’ Essential Needs and Dining Access Act or the BRENDA Act
This bill allows a protective services civilian employee (e.g., security guard) at a military installation to purchase food and hygiene items at the installation's commissary store or morale, welfare, and recreation retail facility.
