To amend title II of the Social Security Act to prevent concurrent receipt of unemployment benefits and Social Security disability insurance, and for other purposes.
Double Dip Elimination Act
This bill disqualifies an individual from receiving disability insurance benefits with respect to any month for which the individual receives unemployment insurance benefits.
