Protecting Critical Services for Mothers and Babies Act
This bill expands the application of rules for cooperative and small employer charity pension plans to include certain nonprofit medical-research organizations that have the primary purpose of delivering services to mothers and children. (These rules exempt specified employers from certain minimum funding requirements for employee pension plans.)
