To amend title 18, United States Code, to protect more victims of domestic violence by preventing their abusers from possessing or receiving firearms, and for other purposes.
Protecting Domestic Violence and Stalking Victims Act
This bill expands the categories of individuals who are prohibited from receiving or possessing a firearm, particularly with respect to individuals who have been convicted of stalking or who are subject to certain restraining orders involving an intimate partner.
