To amend the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, to repeal certain limits on leave for a married individuals employed by the same employer.
Fair Access for Individuals to Receive Leave Act or the FAIR Leave Act
This bill repeals the limitation on the aggregate number of workweeks of leave husbands and wives employed by the same employer may be entitled to under the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993.
