To prohibit certain Federal loans, grants, and subsidies from being used to purchase communications equipment or services posing national security risks, and for other purposes.
Trusting Commercial Communications Networks Act of 2019
This bill requires the Federal Communications Commission to publish a list of communications equipment or services that pose a national security risk and forbids federal funds from being used to purchase such equipment or services.
