To amend section 511 of the Social Security Act to reduce maternal mortality by continuing to invest in evidence-based home visiting models that are addressing the social determinants of maternal health and morbidity.
Home Visiting to Reduce Maternal Mortality and Morbidity Act
This bill increases FY2021 and FY2022 funding for the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program to address high rates of maternal mortality and morbidity and other unmet needs in states, tribes, and territories.
