To authorize an additional district judge for the district of Puerto Rico and to convert to permanent status the temporary office of bankruptcy judge for the district of Puerto Rico.
Puerto Rico Federal Judicial Improvement Act
This bill requires the President to appoint an additional district judge for the district of Puerto Rico and converts two temporary bankruptcy judgeships in that district to permanent judgeships.
