To amend title 49, United States Code, to require air carriers to disclose information on aircraft maintenance, and for other purposes.
Aircraft Maintenance Outsourcing Disclosure Act of 2019
This bill requires air carriers that provide scheduled passenger or cargo air transportation to publicly disclose their aircraft maintenance practices, including the location and date that an aircraft underwent heavy maintenance.
