To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide reimbursement for possessions of the United States with respect to the earned income tax credit and the child tax credit.
Territorial Economic Growth and Recovery Act of 2019
This bill directs the Department of the Treasury to pay to U.S.possessions for taxable years beginning after 2018 the cost of the earned tax credit and the child tax credit paid to residents of such possessions.
