To amend title 39, United States Code, to require the United States Postal Service to receive approval from local governments before relocating any post office, and for other purposes.
Community Post Office Act
This bill requires the U.S. Postal Service, before relocating any post office, to receive prior written approval from local or state government with respect to such relocation and the site proposed for the relocation.
