To require a report on the value of investments in dual use infrastructure projects by the member states of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in order to improve military mobility and interoperability across Europe.
Strengthening Support of NATO Through Dual Use Infrastructure Act
This bill directs the Department of Defense and Department of State to report to Congress on the value of North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) member-state investments in dual-use infrastructure projects. Dual-use infrastructure projects are those identified by the European Union as upgrades to the Trans-European Transport Network that also improve military mobility.
