To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to clarify the admissibility and deportability of aliens acting in accordance with State and foreign marijuana laws, and for other purposes.
Maintaining Appropriate Protections for Legal Entry Act of 2019 or the MAPLE Act of 2019
This bill removes various marijuana-related acts from the list of crimes that would make an alien inadmissible for entry into the United States or deportable, if such acts were lawful in the jurisdiction where they occurred.
