To amend the Virgin Islands of the United States Centennial Commission Act to extend the expiration date of the Commission, and for other purposes.

This bill extends the expiration date of the Virgin Islands of the United States Centennial Commission.

The commission shall submit its final report to the President and Congress by January 31, 2020, and shall terminate 30 days after submitting that report.
