To require a report that identifies each person in the People's Republic of China and Chinese Government official involved in the production of fentanyl and its trafficking into the United States, and for other purposes.
Combating Illicit Fentanyl Act of 2019
This bill directs the Department of State and the Department of the Treasury to annually report to Congress identifying each person in China, including government officials, involved in fentanyl production and its trafficking into the United States.
