To amend the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to direct the Securities and Exchange Commission to issue regulations to require public corporations to disclose political expenditures, and for other purposes.
Corporate Political Disclosure Act of 2019
This bill requires issuers of securities to, on an annual basis, publicly disclose political activity expenditures made during the previous year. The Securities and Exchange Commission must issue regulations to carry out this bill.
