To amend the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 to require Members of Congress to disclose business ties with foreign entities, and for other purposes.

This bill expands financial disclosure reporting provisions to require Members of Congress to include in their report any business ties the Member or his or her immediate family has with a foreign entity.
