Establishing the Joint Select Committee on Solvency of Multiemployer Pension Plans.

This concurrent resolution establishes the Joint Select Committee on Solvency of Multiemployer Pension Plans to provide recommendations and legislative language that will significantly improve the solvency of multiemployer pension plans and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.
