Expresses the sense of the Senate that the United States: (1) condemns all forms of violence against children globally, (2) recognizes the impact of violence upon the healthy development of children, and (3) should develop a strategy for ending such violence.
Referred to the Committee on Education and the Workforce, and in addition to the Committee on Foreign Affairs, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
