Supports: (1) continued diplomatic, economic, and security cooperation between the United States and Mexico; and (2) efforts by the Mexican government to strengthen the rule of law, reduce corruption, and advance civil and human rights.

Encourages enhanced security cooperation between the U.S. and Mexican militaries and law enforcement agencies.

Commits to: (1) continue the U.S. government's partnership with the Mexican government to combat transnational criminal organizations, and (2) a relationship between the United States and Mexico that is based on mutual respect and the promotion of shared democratic values.
