North Korea State Sponsor of Terrorism Designation Act of 2017
This bill expresses the sense of Congress that the government of North Korea should be designated as a state sponsor of terrorism.
The Department of State shall submit to Congress a determination as to whether North Korea meets the criteria for designation as a state sponsor of terrorism.
