A bill to provide for certain water resources development activities of the Corps of Engineers, and for other purposes.

This bill requires the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to (1) provide offsets against Louisiana's cost-share obligations under the Greater New Orleans Hurricane and Storm Damage Risk Reduction System for certain work performed by Louisiana; and (2) determine whether the flood control project for the Red River below Denison Dam should incorporate the Cherokee Park Levee in Caddo Parish, Louisiana.
