A bill to make daylight savings time permanent for the State of Florida, and for other purposes.
Sunshine State Act
This bill amends the Calder Act to provide that the standard time for Florida shall be Coordinated Universal Time retarded by four hours (i.e., Daylight Saving Time for the Eastern time zone).
