Foreign Agents Registration Amendments Act of 2018
This bill establishes, in the National Security Division of the Department of Justice, a new section to enforce laws against suspected operatives or unregistered agents of foreign governments. Additionally, it removes the exemption from lobbyist registration requirements for certain foreign agents.
