American Job Protection Act
This bill amends the Internal Revenue Code to repeal the requirement for certain large employers to offer full-time employees and their dependents minimum essential health insurance coverage under an employer-sponsored health plan (commonly referred to as the employer mandate) and related reporting requirements regarding employer-provided health insurance coverage.
