This bill requires the Department of the Interior to grant the Shishmaref Native Corporation, an Alaska Native village corporation, an easement that crosses the Bering Land Bridge National Monument to permit a surface transportation route between Shishmaref and the area of Ear Mountain, Alaska.Committee on Energy and Natural Resources Subcommittee on Public Lands, Forests, and Mining.
