Affirms that the United States continues to hold such government responsible for upholding the rights of its citizens, regardless of political views or beliefs.
Urges such government to extend to all of Cameroon's citizens, including political dissidents, the rights guaranteed by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of the United Nations and other international covenants on human rights.
