• the institution's sexual-assault response coordinator;
• sexual-assault reporting options and investigation processes;
• potential accommodations for victims;
• the telephone number for a sexual-assault hotline; and
• the name and location of the nearest medical facility.
  

Encourages institutions of higher education to enter into a memoranda of understanding with local enforcement agencies to delineate responsibilities and share information.
