Northern Utah Lands Management Act
This bill designates specified areas in Utah for conservation and recreation and provides for specified land conveyances.
Specifically, the bill establishes:
In addition, the bill provides for the following land conveyances:
The National Park Service (NPS) shall establish the Transcontinental Railroad Network and shall carry out a study and other duties related to the history, construction, and legacy of the Transcontinental Railroad.
The bill redesignates the Golden Spike National Historic Site as the "Golden Spike National Historical Park."
