To plan, develop, and make recommendations to increase access to sexual assault examinations for survivors by holding hospitals accountable and supporting the providers that serve them.
Survivors' Access to Supportive Care Act or SASCA
This bill establishes a series of programs and requirements to address the adequacy of access to sexual-assault examinations, including a grant program for states to assess the availability of specified providers to perform sexual-assault examinations.
